Martha Marie Preston Executive Director and FounderMARTHA MARIE PRESTON - Founder / CEO
A native Texan who rose from her humble beginning in Royal Terrace, a rural sub-division in Houston, to become a successful entrepreneur and distinguished Ardyss International Platinum President, Martha Marie Preston moved to inner city Houston as a teenager.

The seventh of twelve children, she has devoted her life to helping others and supporting Houston’s community organizations. An overcomer who, after spending ten years in federal prison, founded Elite Ladies of Expression, Inc. a non-profit organization in Houston that provides assistance to at-risk youth, incarcerated and recently released females, individuals with mental and physical health problem, and the homeless.

Her electrifying personality has aided her in becoming one of the most successful and recognized citizens in Houston.
Jacquelyn Matthews, TreasurerJACQUELYN MATHEWS - President
An alumna of the University of Houston with a B.A. Degree in Accountancy and the University of Texas-McCombs School of Business with a B.B.A., Jacquelyn is a Business leader in the Non-Profit industry with over 25 years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. She builds rapport, gains trust and drives results by maintaining forward-thinking mindset. She is uniquely qualified in all areas of Business Management with direct responsibilities for Business Start-up and Structural Development, Organizational and Change Management, Proposal Implementation, Contract Compliance Financial Management, Cost Control and Special Fundraising Projects for Non-Profit Groups.

Jacquelyn has served on boards and committees of numerous organizations and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Elite Ladies of Expression, Inc. Her other memberships include: Elite Ladies of Distinction, Texas Association Non-Profit Organizations, American Grant Writers Association, The American Small Business Coalition, Society of Human Resource Management, Texas State Human Resource Association, Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, and Interior Design Society.
Versie Green, Vice PresidentVERSIE GREEN - Vice President
Versie M. Green was born in Shreveport, Lousiana, raised in Houston,Texas and attended Lockett Jr High and Abraham Lincoln High School, HISD schools. Attended HCC and Texas Southern University. She has three children, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Versie is a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church @Brandon for twenty-four years under the leadership of Pastor James E. Nash.

She is the Executive Director of the Sunnyside Place Community Development Inc. Vice President of The Elite Ladies of Expressions. Versie’s love is music of all kinds. Loves to dance, loves spending time with her family. Enjoys writing and doing Plays and doing events. Loves meeting people.
Cindy Alford, Assistant SecretaryCINDY ALFORD- Secretary
I am Cynthia Dianne Alford, Assistant Secretary of the Elite Ladies of Expression. I was the Civilian Fugitive Warrant Supervisor for Cook County Sheriff's Police Department and in charge of six county court houses. I retired in 2010 and relocated to Houston, TX in 2011. I am now a General Office Clerk for the Aldine Independent School District which I have been employed for the past five years. I am also the Assistant Sunday School Superintendent at Yale Street Baptist Church, pastored by T. Leon Preston II



Lora Sims - SecretaryLORA SIMS - Assistant Secretary
Lora Sims, who is recognized for her community service and lovely singing voice, is the Secretary for Elite Ladies of Expression, Inc. Since the age of five, she has enthralled many who have heard her vocal abilities. From the days she sang as a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, her goal has been to duplicate the strong, soul stirring vocal style of her mother. With the same dedication she has to furthering her vocal talent, she shows great willingness to reaching out to support other as they endeavor to achieve a better quality of life.




Cheryl P Dukes, TreasurerCHERYL P. Dukes - Treasurer
A longshoreman, a Pharmacy Tech and a Certified Nursing Assistant, I have always had a passion for helping others as my choice of careers reflect. Aside from spending time with my family, I'm at my best when it comes to helping others. I spend the majority of my spare time doing community service work and lending a hand to those in need.





Roselinda Longoria, Assistant TreasurerROSELINDA LONGORIA - Assistant Treasurer
Roselinda Longoria is the Assistant Treasurer for Elite Ladies of Expression, Inc. A people person who also loves animals, she has spent her life helping people and working in the community to provide support for those in need. A registered nurse for more than twenty five years, she is the past vice president and president of the Oncology Nursing Society of Galveston.
